The problem
FPL Titans wanted to turn a private fantasy league into a real arena — live matches, head-to-head playoffs, prize pools and banter — without overwhelming new managers.
The solution
We designed a bold, data-dense mobile app: ultimate playoffs, live final scorecards, weekly 'Big Monster' contests and a Titan-points economy, all anchored by a custom identity and an approachable onboarding flow.
The results
A launch-ready product that made the game more competitive, rewarding and social, with structured contests and rewards driving repeat weekly engagement.
