Ownership of intellectual property
All intellectual property in and to lupiqstudio.com (the "Site") and its contents is owned by or licensed to LUPIQ Studio LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with its registered office at Prowork, 235, Binnamangala, 2nd Floor, 13th Cross Road, 2nd Stage, Indira Nagar, Bengaluru – 560038, Karnataka, India ("LUPIQ", "we", "us", or "our").
This includes, without limitation, all text, copywriting, headlines, graphics, illustrations, photography, video, audio, animations, iconography, user interface and interaction designs, layouts, look and feel, source code, scripts, and the compilation, selection, and arrangement of all of the foregoing (collectively, the "LUPIQ Materials"). The LUPIQ Materials are protected by copyright, design, database, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in India and internationally. All rights not expressly granted in this Legal License are reserved.
Trademarks and brand assets
"LUPIQ", "LUPIQ Studio", the LUPIQ wordmark and logo, and any associated names, slogans, and brand elements are trademarks or unregistered marks of LUPIQ Studio LLP (the "Marks"), whether or not marked with ™ or ®. Nothing on the Site or in this Legal License grants you any right or licence to use the Marks.
You may not use the Marks — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, metadata, keywords, or in any way likely to cause confusion, imply sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement, or dilute or tarnish them — without our prior written permission. All goodwill arising from any use of the Marks inures solely to LUPIQ.
Limited licence to visitors
Subject to your compliance with this Legal License and our Terms of Services, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and view the Site and its publicly available content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may share links to our public pages, and you may quote brief excerpts for the purpose of commentary, review, or news reporting, provided you give clear attribution to "LUPIQ Studio" and, where online, a link back to the source.
This licence does not transfer any ownership and automatically terminates if you breach any term of this Legal License or our Terms of Services.
Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted above or with our prior written consent, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, distribute, sell, license, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any of the LUPIQ Materials.
- Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Site or the LUPIQ Materials, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use any LUPIQ Materials to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or dataset, or use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site.
- Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the Site into another website, product, or service, or present LUPIQ Materials as your own.
- Use the LUPIQ Materials in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes or misappropriates the rights of LUPIQ or any third party.
Client work, case studies, and confidentiality
Work showcased on the Site — including case studies, project visuals, and outcomes — is published with the relevant client's permission and is presented for portfolio and illustrative purposes only. Ownership of, and the licence to use, deliverables produced for a client is governed exclusively by the applicable engagement agreement between LUPIQ and that client; nothing on the Site grants any rights in client deliverables to you.
Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks that appear in case studies or elsewhere on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and reference. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of LUPIQ by those owners, or vice versa.
Third-party and open-source materials
The Site incorporates certain third-party assets — including fonts, libraries, frameworks, and other components — that are made available under their own licences. Those assets remain governed by, and your use of them is subject to, their respective licence terms, and nothing in this Legal License grants you any rights in them beyond what those licences permit. Where required, attributions and licence notices are provided in the Site's source or accompanying documentation. The licence granted to you in this Legal License applies only to LUPIQ's own materials and not to such third-party assets.
Reporting infringement and takedown requests
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, or if you wish to report unauthorised use of the LUPIQ Materials elsewhere, please send a written notice to info@lupiqstudio.com including: a description of the work or right concerned; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact details; a statement of your good-faith belief; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question.
Requests for permission
To request a licence to use the LUPIQ Materials or Marks beyond the limited licence above — for example, for press, partnerships, or commercial use — please contact info@lupiqstudio.com with details of the intended use. Any permission we grant must be in writing, is limited to the specific use described, and may be subject to conditions and to revocation.
No warranty and reservation of rights
The LUPIQ Materials are provided for reference "as is", without any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose, and your reliance on them is at your own risk, as further described in our Terms of Services. LUPIQ reserves all rights in and to the LUPIQ Materials and the Marks not expressly granted in this Legal License.
Governing law, changes, and contact
This Legal License is governed by the laws of India and forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Services, including their provisions on governing law, jurisdiction, disclaimers, and limitation of liability. We may update this Legal License from time to time; the "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
